Any product purchased on Hi Fly Kites websites, including HiFlyKites.co.za, will be delivered to you on time and safely packaged. Please read all points below to familiarise yourself with the shipping information and policies.

1. Packaging
All items are carefully packaged before shipping to prevent damage during transport:

2. Shipping Destinations and Delivery Time
We are able to ship our products to all geographical locations.
Ordered products are shipped by:

Airmail or courier door-to-door to other countries (average time of shipment: 3 to 28 days) |
Delivery time by airmail depends on:

The overall load of work of different postal services at a given time of the year (for example, during Christmas or Easter periods postal services are usually busier) |

3. Order Processing
Delivery time will depend on order processing. All products displayed for sale on HiFlyKites.co.za website are in stock, i.e. available for immediate delivery, but we need maximum 1 working day to prepare them for shipment (packaging, addressing, printing invoices, delivery to postal or courier offices), or 7 working days to make kites with customised colours. In practice it means that an ordered item will be dispatched only the following day (catalogue styles) or 7 days (customised styles) after we receive confirmation of your order, supposing that the following day is a working day (not a holiday).
The total time of shipment will be then a simple calculation:

average time of delivery by a chosen method (airmail or courier)
4. Air Freight for Bulk Orders
Large orders may be shipped by air freight to your nearest airport where they are collected and custom cleared by the customer. This works out to be cheaper for the quantity. For bigger orders the mode of shipment will be discussed with each customer.

5. Postal and Courier Services
TNT International Express will look after safe and efficient dispatch of orders from South Africa - by airmail or door-to-door delivery. South African Post Office (SAPO) and Speed Services Couriers will take care of deliveries within South Africa. Click in the icons below to visit their websites:

6. Calculation of Total Prices

We offer FREE postage anywhere in South Africa (parcel post - 3 to 10 days).

7. Import Duties
You may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are levied once the parcel reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you: We have no control over these costs and cannot foresee what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country - you should contact your local customs office for further information.
When ordering from overseas, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Each package will be accompanied by a custom form (for example an air waybill). Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. For example, our products will be listed on the form as follows:
